Merry Christmas and Hapy New Year
This picture makes me laugh! I hardly ever get a good photo of us... Carlos refuses to just smile and look pretty! You would not believe that we went all Christmas and New year without taking one photo!!! Im so mad at myself because we had the best time! And, Carlos got me a photoshop program for my computer to use... Oh well.
He is back in Idaho Falls for any given amount of time and Im in Boise not getting pregnant... Christmas was a real blessing... we decided that we were only going to spend a certain amount on everyones gifts... about 20 per person and we did awesome... came in under budget and found really great things that we think blessed our families. My parents came up with the most amazing gifts for us. My mom found one thing from the past generations to give each of us. Carlos got my grandfathers coin collection and I got my grandmas diamond ring! I have l-o-v-e-d- that ring since I can remember. She also made us the most snuggly blankets on earth... and my Dad did the most thoughtful one of all... a gift bag of hairsray! Im stocked up for at least a month... Martha tought me how to make tamales like the real mexican I am! It was really fun, I think I only helped with a half dozen of the 33 dozen total that she made! Im not quite a pro yet... The twins dressed up in their little santa clause dresses and were the cutest things you will ever see... wish I had a picture, dang! The best thing of all was having the time off to spend with them all and Carlos and I together... We had the best first Christmas together I could ever ask for...
